Split system Installation

SPLIT SYSTEM – Split system air conditioners are commonly used for heating or cooling one room or a specific area in a domestic or commercial application . A split system features one indoor unit located internally and one outdoor unit located outside . Split systems also come in a multi head type. This is where there is multiple indoor units and one outdoor unit can be used in either domestic or commercial application also

Ducted system Installations

Ducted air conditioners are commonly used for heating and cooling multiple rooms or large common areas . There is one unit located in the roof space which has ductwork that runs through the roof and outputs the conditioned air via a series on supply air vents in each room . There is also a return air vent and a wall controller .

Commercial Air conditioning – VRV & VRF installations

Commerical VRV & VRF – VRV & VRF are commonly used in larger domestic and commercial applications . There is one outdoor unit with multiple indoor units either being ducted or split systems . There are heat pump and heat recovery types of VRV & VRF . Heat pump is a 2 pipe system with all units either heating or cooling . The Heat recovery is a 3 pipe system with indoor units heating and/or cooling . VRV is a technology that alternates the refrigerant volume in a system to match a building’s precise requirements.

UPGRADED wall controller – Platinum Elite and Air Touch . These are the 2 x types of upgraded wall controllers we install . Both are a touch screen wall controllers and both have zone control with 5% increments on the zone motors , both have remote wall sensers , Both have temperature control to each room . Switchboard Upgrades

Switchboard upgrade – What is a switchboard upgrade ? Your switchboard upgrade will involve the replacement of all ceramic fuses for modern RCBO’s . This is a circuit breaker and RCD in one . This is a requirement now part of the AS – 3000 wiring rules , when work is completed and/or added on any electrical circuit .

A RCBO is a residual current device also called a safety switch . They constantly monitor the electrical current flowing through circuit supplying electricity to devices and appliances. A fault in this flow can occur from wires being damaged which can cause surges in electricity and be fatal .

Exhaust and Ventilation

Exhaust and Ventilation – These systems are commonly used in your bathrooms, laundry’s , sub- floor and kitchens . They work by removing the moisture/steam via a exhaust fan located in the roof space and remove the moisture / steam to a external grill via ductwork to vent outside .
